Starting any business rather online or offline is always a good thing to start. Whatever you chose to do, please do it and don’t waste time thinking about it or waste time picking one over the other. In these days, more than one stream of income is a must and I rather do both if I can but if I had to pick one business to start, I would pick the online business and here’s why? Please note that I will talk about the physical business as well an how to run that passively too.
The online business:
The online business is very passive and you can do the work from home. I myself have an online business that I work on everyday but as of right now I work full time job. The online business I work on late at night when everyone is sleep and it’s the only business that you can do all the work at one time and then drip out the content out on a set schedule so I have more time off. Right now I am writing this blog post but a had written this post 3 months ago prior to publishing this post. My online business is blogging so I love the fact of writing a boat load of content and then scheduling them out 3 post per week.
The same thing was YouTube. During my work week, I would write down videos I make to talk about for my YouTube channel. I would have about 6 or 7 videos written down so when it’s time to shoot the video, I already have the topics I want to talk about and then I shoot one video, stop the camera, then shoot the next video one after another. I can do this in 2 hours while it does take time to edit videos the main part is done and I post 3 videos per week on my YouTube channel. So the online business is easier than the other business in my eyes.
The online business can make you money while you sleep. I get views on my videos all day and all night. With an physical business, you only make while your business is open. Plus there is only 24 hours in a day. So you can only work so many hours but with an online business, it’s always open 24/7 with people keeping to see what you got to offer.
The Physical business:
There is nothing wrong with an physical business and I rather work for myself than work for someone. With this business you can make your hours, work when you want to work, hire people to do the job for you so you do have to. A service business is the best cause people pay you for a service to them and hiring people can make you more money. You would make more money with your own business than working for someone else and that’s how you become rich. Working a job won’t make you rich or have a lot of money, having a business, own assets, and investing into real estate are the key things to make a lot of money. having a business is an asset.
I feel like we all should do both. The goal is to have multiple streams of income coming in so just in case one of the streams takes a hit, you have money coming in from different places rather depending on your job. The more streams you have the better overall. I still want to start an power washing business cause that business makes a lot of money, I can work when I want to, I am the boss and I can hire people to do some of the work and the tax write off are nice as well.
Make a list of things that you want to do. If you want to start an online business than start producing content for your own blog and I use bluehost to host my site. Or you can start producing videos right now from your cell phone. The main thing you must do is to get started today.
