I am no stock expert but I think the best time is when you have the money to buy stocks. The best thing is when you watch the market and see what stock price goes up and which stock price go down. Plan out how much money you are going to spend in the stock market, make sure that you do your own research when it comes to buying stocks. I think the best thing you can do is have a plan in the stock market? what is your goal? how do you want to make money? After you answer those things than it’s time to start investing.
